ナンテスタジオが運営する「Holowork」（以下「サービス」）は、ユーザーの個人情報を重要視しています。このプライバシーポリシーでは、サービス利用に関連して収集される個人情報の項目、利用目的、保管および保護方法について説明します。

1. 収集する個人情報の項目

サービス利用のために以下の情報を収集する場合があります。

• Registration information: Apple ID-based login (using Sign in with Apple, no password storage)
• User record data: Work records, project information, etc. entered by users (stored on Supabase)
• Automatically collected information: Service usage logs, device information, cookies and analytics data (using Firebase Analytics)

2. 個人情報の収集および利用目的

収集された個人情報は次の目的で使用されます。

• Service provision and operation (automatic resume generation, work record storage, etc.)
• Improving user experience and service optimization
• Customer support and inquiry response
• Compliance with legal requirements

3. 個人情報の保管および削除

ユーザーの個人情報はサービス提供期間中保管されます。ユーザーがアカウントを削除する場合、すべてのデータは復旧不可能な形で即座に削除されます。ただし、法的義務の遵守のため必要な場合、一定期間保管される場合があります。

4. 個人情報の保護およびセキュリティ

• Following Supabase and Firebase security policies, applying strong authentication and encryption methods to block external access
• The service does not store passwords and only uses authentication through Apple ID
• Minimizing unnecessary data collection and not providing data to third parties without the user's explicit consent

5. 第三者提供および外部サービス連携

• Using Firebase Analytics to analyze anonymized service usage patterns
• Not sharing data with external advertising networks or other third-party services

6. ユーザーの権利および同意の撤回

ユーザーはいつでも本人の個人情報を閲覧、修正、削除でき、個人情報処理に対する同意を撤回できます。同意撤回時、サービス利用が制限される場合があります。

7. 変更事項の通知

このプライバシーポリシーは変更される場合があり、重要な変更がある場合はユーザーに事前に通知します。
