These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") outline the conditions and policies for using the “Holowork” (hereinafter the “Service”) provided by Nante Studio. By using this Service, users are deemed to agree to these Terms.

1. Overview of the Service

  • The Service is provided to help users log work activity and generate resumes.
  • Sign in is based on Apple ID (Sign in with Apple).
  • User logs and data are stored via Supabase, and Firebase Analytics is used for analytics purposes.

2. Account and Access

  • Users can access the Service by signing in with Apple ID.
  • Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and must not share accounts with others.
  • Using another person’s information or entering false data is strictly prohibited.

3. Restrictions on Use

  • Acts that interfere with the normal operation of the Service (e.g., hacking, automated access)
  • Unauthorized collection, storage, or distribution of others' personal information
  • Unauthorized copying, modifying, or redistributing data from the Service
  • Any behavior that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Service Availability and Changes

  • Nante Studio may modify, suspend, or terminate parts or all of the Service.
  • Advance notice will be provided when possible, but changes may occur immediately due to technical or legal reasons.
  • Users are not entitled to compensation for such changes.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of its information, and users should rely on their own judgment.
  • All responsibility for use of the Service lies with the user, and Nante Studio bears no legal liability.
  • Nante Studio is not responsible for damages caused by service interruption, data loss, or unexpected issues.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

The Service protects user personal information in accordance with applicable laws. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to the Terms

  • These Terms may change, and users will be notified via in-app announcements.
  • If a user disagrees with the revised Terms, they may delete their account.
  • Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
