개인정보처리방침

난테스튜디오(Nante Studio)에서 운영하는 "홀로워크(Holowork)"(이하 "서비스")는 사용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 서비스 이용과 관련하여 수집되는 개인정보의 항목, 이용 목적, 보관 및 보호 방법에 대해 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
서비스 이용을 위해 아래와 같은 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.
- Registration information: Apple ID-based login (using Sign in with Apple, no password storage)
- User record data: Work records, project information, etc. entered by users (stored on Supabase)
- Automatically collected information: Service usage logs, device information, cookies and analytics data (using Firebase Analytics)
2. 개인정보 수집 및 이용 목적
수집된 개인정보는 다음과 같은 목적에 따라 사용됩니다.
- Service provision and operation (automatic resume generation, work record storage, etc.)
- Improving user experience and service optimization
- Customer support and inquiry response
- Compliance with legal requirements
3. 개인정보 보관 및 삭제
사용자의 개인정보는 서비스 제공 기간 동안 보관됩니다. 사용자가 계정을 삭제하는 경우, 모든 데이터는 복구할 수 없도록 즉시 삭제됩니다. 단, 법적 의무 준수를 위해 필요한 경우 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.
4. 개인정보 보호 및 보안
- Following Supabase and Firebase security policies, applying strong authentication and encryption methods to block external access
- The service does not store passwords and only uses authentication through Apple ID
- Minimizing unnecessary data collection and not providing data to third parties without the user's explicit consent
5. 제3자 제공 및 외부 서비스 연동
- Using Firebase Analytics to analyze anonymized service usage patterns
- Not sharing data with external advertising networks or other third-party services
6. 사용자 권리 및 동의 철회
사용자는 언제든지 본인의 개인정보를 조회, 수정, 삭제할 수 있으며, 개인정보 처리에 대한 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 동의 철회 시 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
7. 변경 사항 공지
본 개인정보처리방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 사항이 있을 경우 사용자에게 사전 고지합니다.
