利用規約

この利用規約（以下「規約」）は、ナンテスタジオが提供する「Holowork」（以下「サービス」）を利用するために必要な条件と方針を説明します。ユーザーは本サービスを利用することにより、この規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. サービス概要
- This Service is provided to help users track their work and automatically generate resumes.
- The Service operates based on Apple ID login (Sign in with Apple).
- The Service stores user records and data on Supabase and uses Firebase Analytics for analysis purposes.
2. アカウントおよびアクセス権限
- Users can access the Service by logging in with their Apple ID.
- Users are responsible for protecting their account information and should not share their account with third parties.
- Impersonating others or entering false information when using the Service is prohibited.
3. サービス利用制限
- Actions that interfere with the normal operation of the Service (hacking, automated access attempts, etc.)
- Unauthorized collection, storage, or distribution of others' personal information
- Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of Service data
- Other actions that violate relevant laws and regulations
4. サービス提供および変更
- Nante Studio may change, temporarily suspend, or terminate part or all of the Service.
- Prior notice will be provided when possible for service changes, but immediate changes may occur due to technical or legal issues.
- Users cannot demand separate compensation for service changes.
5. 責任制限
- We do not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by this Service, and it should be utilized at the user's discretion.
- All responsibilities arising from the use of the Service rest with the user, and Nante Studio does not bear legal responsibility for this.
- Nante Studio is not responsible for damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or other unforeseen problems.
6. 個人情報保護
サービスはユーザーの個人情報を保護し、関連法令に従って運営されます。詳細については、プライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。
7. 規約変更
- These Terms may change, and notice will be provided through the Service when changed.
- If you do not agree to the changed Terms, you may withdraw your account.
- If you continue to use the Service after the changed Terms take effect, you are deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.
