본 이용약관(이하 "약관")은 난테스튜디오(Nante Studio)가 제공하는 "홀로워크(Holowork)"(이하 "서비스")를 이용하는 데 필요한 조건과 정책을 설명합니다. 사용자는 본 서비스를 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

1. 서비스 개요

• This Service is provided to help users track their work and automatically generate resumes.
• The Service operates based on Apple ID login (Sign in with Apple).
• The Service stores user records and data on Supabase and uses Firebase Analytics for analysis purposes.

2. 계정 및 접근 권한

• Users can access the Service by logging in with their Apple ID.
• Users are responsible for protecting their account information and should not share their account with third parties.
• Impersonating others or entering false information when using the Service is prohibited.

3. 서비스 이용 제한

• Actions that interfere with the normal operation of the Service (hacking, automated access attempts, etc.)
• Unauthorized collection, storage, or distribution of others' personal information
• Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of Service data
• Other actions that violate relevant laws and regulations

4. 서비스 제공 및 변경

• Nante Studio may change, temporarily suspend, or terminate part or all of the Service.
• Prior notice will be provided when possible for service changes, but immediate changes may occur due to technical or legal issues.
• Users cannot demand separate compensation for service changes.

5. 책임 제한

• We do not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by this Service, and it should be utilized at the user's discretion.
• All responsibilities arising from the use of the Service rest with the user, and Nante Studio does not bear legal responsibility for this.
• Nante Studio is not responsible for damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or other unforeseen problems.

7. 약관 변경

• These Terms may change, and notice will be provided through the Service when changed.
• If you do not agree to the changed Terms, you may withdraw your account.
• If you continue to use the Service after the changed Terms take effect, you are deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.
